Parallel Direct and Iterative Methods for Solving the Time-Fractional Diffusion Equation on Multicore Processors

چکیده

The work is devoted to developing the parallel algorithms for solving initial boundary problem time-fractional diffusion equation. After applying finite-difference scheme approximate basis equation, reduced a system of linear algebraic equations each subsequent time level. developed are based on Thomas algorithm, sweep and accelerated over-relaxation method this system. Stability approximation established. implementations multicore CPU using OpenMP technology. numerical experiments performed compare these methods study performance implementations. shows lowest computing time.
